Same-Day Dispatch for Fast Delivery

Place your order before 10:00am (Melbourne time) on any business day, and we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch it the same day, subject to stock availability and order verification requirements.

We receive new stock into our warehouse every second day and aim to ship the latest available inventory. Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days via the Express Post network, covering Australian capital cities and major metropolitan areas. Deliveries to regional locations typically take 2–5 business days.

These delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We accept no liability for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Tracking numbers are provided via email by 11:00pm on the day of dispatch. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the delivery.

Once goods have been dispatched, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the nominated courier service.


Risk, Title, and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address or upon collection by the courier, whichever occurs first.

Title to the goods transfers to you only upon receipt of full payment.


Missed a Delivery

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a location deemed safe or leave a calling card for collection.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to goods once delivery has been completed, including where items are left unattended at the delivery address.


Incorrect Address & Redelivery

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any redelivery or redirection fees charged by the courier may be passed on to you.


Delivery Issues and Claims

If your order has not arrived within 4 business days, please contact us with your full name and order number. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier on your behalf.

Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to require supporting evidence, including photographs and documentation, before processing any claim.


Force Majeure (Shipping Delays)

We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial disputes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government actions.
